2nd time visiting this event center, BEWARE! of concession stand. Was there for a reptile expo ans stopped at the food stand during my visit. I purchased a pretzel, soda and cheeseburger handed the attendee a $100 bill received $62.00 back and shame on me for not counting the cash back before I walked away... I was the only person in line at the moment and he was so distracted talking with a co-worker that he wasn't paying attention. It stinks to lose out on your money this day and age. I would have went back but I live out of state over an hour away. I'll never use cash at a concession stand at a event center again. ****Edit: I was reached out to and this issue was corrected, they mailed me the missing money. Not many places would care to even do this, updating to 5 stars for effort to correct this situation, Thank you Rebecca!****

Went to the wrestling even on Saturday great event but HOLY HELL the sound guy needs to be fired. I’m not sure how everyone at the event wasn’t deaf by how load the entrance music was plus the constant cracking from the speakers. Overall though 10/10.

I recently attended the "Dancing with the Stars" show on January 18th. The show was great, the sound system was loud and clear, and light show was the high quality that I would have expected. The entry went pretty quickly with minimal lines especially being there only 30 minutes early, and the staff was helpful getting my Ticketmaster app to work properly so I could get scanned and enter. On the down side I thought the seats on the floor where I sat were placed too close together putting people on top of each other and making it uncomfortable. There is also only one bathroom available for the entire facility creating ridiculously long lines, especially for the women's room line which extended almost the full width of the arena at times forcing some ladies to enter the mens room. Lastly, If you don't know where you are going the parking is very confusing causing jams. There should be more signs so that people know where to go because once you are in the wrong place it's time consuming to get to the right parking lot.

Don't attend an event here, or if you do, don't park in the garage attached to it. We recently drove up from NYC area to attend the Mid-Hudson Reptile Expo. We spent more time exiting the garage area than we did at the expo. Shame on the people running this event space but especially the garage. It was the perfect example of urban/rural neglect. It is a dilapidated civic disaster.

The staff were helpful, friendly and I didn't feel like I was being herded. The only down sides: 1. The bathrooms were upstairs and you had quite a climb to get to them. 2. You had to take elevators back up to the parking garage to get to your vehicle after the concert. This was a long wait. We were not allowed to use the stairs. The concert was fantastic !
