The Kartrite Resort and Indoor Waterpark

We enjoyed our stay here. Tons of parking and it’s right out in the mountains where hiking is available via three paths. The hotel rooms are cozy and the the park itself and well maintained. The rides are really fun and are best to ride during the week when it’s not crazy. Food is as expected in terms of price but is high quality with several bars for the adults scattered about. The arcade leaves a lot to be desired but my family enjoyed it and would come again.

This place is the meaning of "home away from home". I enjoyed every bit of the experience. It is one of the few places where you get more than you paid for. The staff and customer service was excellent, it seemed like they received their training directly from the angles in heaven. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the place. If they keep up this pace no other resort or water park will be in business. I look forward to going there again. The hospitality was flawless.

Usually me and the family drive all the way to the Poconos for Great wolf or Kalahari, but little did we know that 1 hour from our house was this great location. All the familiar amenities the other places have, but a lot closer and just as good. The day we went it was virtually empty but eventually throughout the day filled up. The family had fun and that's all that mattered. Will definitely go again in the near future

This review is long overdue. My family and I have been visiting the Kartrite since it first opened in 2019. Our most recent visit was in March 2022, for our son’s birthday. I normally don’t write reviews, but feel the manager Mr. McLeod deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service, accommodating our family during our last stay. It is good to know that there are still individuals who are compassionate and made our family stay and son’s birthday extra special. Thank you Mr. McLeod and staff for your superior customer service.

I booked the birthday party package. It was not worth the extra money. The directions to the party room was not smooth. The water park is designed beautifully and the kids had a blast. The temperature was really humid and waiting in line with no air was rough. Besides that I recommend staying here.
