We had a great experience from the check in to the guys working at the concession stand. But , I must mention Brianna who was our party helper. The absolute best. The whole experience went smoothly because of her. She was very professional and attentive. Five stars for Brianna

My little guy loves this place. However, it is very hit or miss with the employees. The young man working the front desk today was very nice. They had a female employee just walking around with her face glued to her phone playing rap music the entire 3 hours we were there. Honestly, doesn’t bother me though. What did bother me was the guy working the snack counter. Waited patiently, asked for a soda. He went in the back to grab a cup. He confirmed what I wanted and I politely asked for no ice. He snapped back around with bug eyes and I said if he already put ice in that’s perfectly fine. He then put his hands up in there air and said which is it? After I literally just said it was fine. I had no idea he had for some reason put ice in the cup out back and not at the machine. Sorry to bother you for a drink! I do also think it’s odd they charge a parent to go in to follow their toddler around. No where else we’ve been does this.

This place reminds me of the days when treepad existed, but x100. Lots of slides, tunnels, trampolines, ball pit area and arcade area for the kids to play games in. The prices were reasonable, and there's no time limit for admission. They do charge a locker fee per hr if you want your personal belongings to be locked up, but other than that it was a great experience for my child. The employee who checked us in was very friendly. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely would not recommend for a birthday party! Staff not very friendly, horrible customer service ! If it wasn't for the smiles on the kids faces I would have rated one star! Absolute Trash!

Kids loved it. Great place for a birthday party. Kids CANT leave without you. It's a good setup.
