Better than expected! We were very pleased with our overall experience at LEGOLAND. They staff was friendly and everything was well organized. We spent an entire morning there, enjoying the building area, a special building class, and the rides inside. We probably could have stayed longer if we had younger children (ours are 7 and 5) because there were other play areas geared towards younger kids. Whoever was in charge of the Boston room display did a spectacular job; it set the tone for our time in the city where we saw a lot of these things in real life.

Had a good time here with my son. He enjoyed the activity here. A lot of things for him to play with and enjoy. The summer pass is worth it if you live nearby. Very fun. Buy the passes before you go, you walk right up, they scan, and off you go. Tables and chairs in the cafe could of been a bit more spread out. They were all against the wall and on top of other people while there space in the center.

Wholly underwhelming. Everyone on the staff seem to be bored or annoyed at questions and outwardly rude with the exception of the gentleman that was working the kingdom quest ride. He was friendly and energetic but literally the only one we encountered. It was our first visit and we were hopeful for a fun day. Very crowded and many parts of the play area seemed dirty and sticky. (I am not a germophobe and expect that a kids play area will not be completely sterile- but I just felt there wasn't a clean surface anywhere.) The employees also failed to intervene at certain points in the play structure when certain other children being excessively rough. I saw several kids leave the structure crying. Not good... I had a coupon which is why we decided to make the trip. I would not pay full price to go back.

Family fun place ages maybe 0 to 14 teen depending on the kid. My 16 year old wasn't into it anymore she stayed on her phone. My daughter 5 and 11 and my 8year old niece engaged the most and had a great time! It always makes my day a success to see kids excited and happy, and so thanks Legoland Boston at Assembly Row.

We purchase tickets online because we're from out of state it says ages 3 plus my wife and I wanted to go check it out because we think it's cool and we needed to waste some time and we got there and they wouldn't let us in because we had no child after already purchasing tickets the manager did give us a walk around tour which I don't understand if we couldn't win without a child why could we walk around and all with him? I will never go back there with or without a child I felt discriminated against
