I love going nature walking here. It is very peaceful and relaxing. There is a beautiful waterfall to see (depending on the rain, it can sometimes be better than others) and just a nice way to get away from everything. The parking is tight on a packed weekend so try to go early if you can

We use this trail a couple times a year and it's absolutely gorgeous, peaceful and easily get spirituality lost in the tranquility of this trail. Multiple waterfalls, plenty of flowers to spot, wild life ranges from squirrels to fish and all in between. One warning to the wise, some areas have deep grass areas so watch for ticks, and also on a hike last week, the waterfall that opens to a large water area, red belly leech was spotted in the waters, decent size so enter at your own risk. This trail has different elevations with tree roots over the trail, some loose rocks and small wash out areas. This trail is not a good choice for those with mobility issues, back pain, knee problems etc... Great for families allowing the little ones to reconnect with nature.

The parking lot was full. It was a great walk, the trails were well kept. The water was really low when I was there so the falls were just trickling. Definitely will be back to try different trails. O did not see birds but as I was leaving a gentleman came in with h huge camera to take pictures. He said there are alot of birds there. I would have followed him back in if I had time to see them!

Our family (all over 55) visited for the first time today (along with our dog) and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was peaceful and serene in the woods. The trails were very well-marked, well-kept (no litter), and easy enough for beginner hikers. It was very muddy since it rained hard the night before, but my rubber boots did a great job of keeping me from slipping. The waterfalls were absolutely lovely this time of year (late summer). We didn’t see much in the way of birds or wildlife other than a few little frogs, a chipmunk, and an orange salamander, but the scenery was memorable. We will definitely return again with friends in the fall.

Very busy in the summer. Well marked, easy and dry trails. Blue and Orange loops, but only Blue leads in and out. Flight of falls can be seen, and crossed, depending on water flow. Nice for a quick visit or extended hike. Not far off the Rts 88 and 20 meeting. About 19 miles from Schenectady. No mosquitos or ticks the day I visited.
