Had a fun evening here!! There were a lot of people. Although the idea is great i think there could have been better management and organization. Its not super expensive but you need to buy their grip socks if you want to go jump. We had fun but i think it could have been better if there was better management regarding the kids. The area is divided into two major parts for bigger kids and small but i think there should be a better organization regarding the age and height of kids.

We had our sons birthday party here the other day. While the kids had a great time, the customer service was awful. The girl in charge of our party didn’t have anything ready. I had to write my kids name down on the board myself so our party knew where to go, she told me about 5 times I had to wrap my party up by 1. She didn’t help serve pizza or clean up and then had the nerve to tell me that they suggest a 15% gratuity. In all honesty she didn’t deserve the cash tip I gave her. The other moms at the party were all making comments about her and her lack of service , attitude and that she said wrap it up by 1, 5 times. She didn’t even introduce herself, didn’t check on us to see if we needed anything.a suggested $66 tip for bringing pizzas up to a table and telling me I had to be out by 1?

This was actually the first time I've ever been to any place like this.. I took my brother and niece. They loved it. It seems like it would be a good place to get some exercise.

This was so much fun. The music was fantastic!! My whole family got to jump and play. The equipment was fun. They had obstacles courses, a swing, a balancing ladder, a long trampoline to do flips, basketball, and a little kids area.
